Head Operations

Smita Desai, PhD
With a Master of Psychology in Industrial psychology and a PhD in Educational Psychology, Dr. Desai is responsible for all the center based operations at Drishti, as well as providing support for the so called remote services – those that are delivered at client locations. She is also responsible for all resource development work and research that is undertaken from time to time. She has been working in this field since 1990.

Head Marketing

Anand Desai, MSc (Physics), MA (Psychology)
With an experience of marketing and sales of over 6 years before joining Drishti and a background in Science, Mr. Desai’s responsibilities in addition to marketing are remote services, internal organizational systems and quality control.

Core Team

Other members of the core team at Drishti include Sr. Coordinators and Jr. Coordinators who are responsible for the day to day functioning of their individual cells. These are all specialized professionals with requisite experience.
