Is your Company Psycho-Savy?

Modern day organizations are increasingly turning to psychology and behaviour science in order to better manage human capital. Take this quick, informal screener to find out if your current organization is Psycho-savvy!

When taking a job in your current organization did you have to respond to a “test” or any form of organized questionnaire which attempted to find out your reactions to different situations or your likes, dislikes or interests?
   
When appearing for an internal promotion review (often called an IJP) in your current organization, were you required to respond to something similar to that mentioned in the above question?
   
Does your current organization offer you counseling support? A service where you can go and discuss and get help on any issue (in or out of work) in a fully confidential setting.
   
If the answer to the above is yes, then do you know of at least 1 friend (or yourself) who may have benefited from this counseling support?
   
Did you undergo any leadership training programme in your current organization and if so were you taken through a detailed section on the impact of personality on leadership/people behaviours?
